Whilst every effort is taken by us (South West Agility Goods) to ensure all of our products are safe for use in their intended application, we will not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or otherwise caused by the use of our products. All of our products are interactive training/reward toys, they should never be left with a dog, and only used under supervision. No item is declared chew proof, all are designed for interactive work with your dog and normal tugging behaviour, due to the nature of some materials not all toys will be suitable for all dogs.
PAYMENT
For ease of use our website has an integrated shopping cart. Items can be selected from our online shop which will be placed in a shopping cart. When you are ready to place the order go to the shopping cart and check out. BACS details are available on this page, please complete payment via bank transfer and then your order will be processed
If you would like to pay via Stripe Invoice (other debit card/credit card payments), please email us and we will send you an invoice for the total plus 1.5% admin fee
DELIVERY
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they provide the correct shipping address, we hold no responsibility for items not received if details entered are not correct at completion of order, please make sure your Address and Postcode are correct. If an item is attempted for delivery and you are not available, and do not arrange to pick it up, then we will let you know when the item is returned to us and try to resend at this point.
We will send via tracked courier and details will be sent through to you.
UK Mainland Courier cost: £10
Europe Courier cost: £20
Rest of the world Courier cost: £50 will be charged at time of order. Anything below or above this when the order is sent will be accounted for and a request/refund will be sent at the time. International Courier cost can vary wildly so we are hoping this will cover most but do not intend on profiting from shipping costs so will refund if it is ever less.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
We must be notified of faulty items within 48 hours of delivery. Otherwise items are non returnable.
No items will be accepted back from customers directly to SWAG K9, Traders will be responsible for customer requests/issues with items after the 48 hour period for notifying faulty items.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed/accepted.
Other Terms and Conditions
No selling via a 3rd Party (eg Amazon, Etsy etc)
Products must be sold at RRP in the UK. We understand that internationally this is difficult to adjust to with conversion rates etc and therefore flexibility is allowed.
Orders must be over £250, before VAT, if you place an order under this amount the order will not be processed
Orders can be paid for by BACS or via Stripe payment, Stripe payment will involve an invoice being sent once order has been placed, this will incur an admin fee of 1.5%. BACS payments for international orders will incur a £7 bank fee, orders from within the UK will receive no charge.
NO orders will be processed until payment is received.
All existing terms and conditions from the SWAGK9 website apply and Traders agree to these and above at time of placing order
SWAG reserve the right to send a substitute item on personalised colour options, we will always choose as near to possible as your individual requests, colours may vary and we will do our best to send the closest match to your individual requests.
Liability
SWAGK9 are not liable for any loss or damage in relation to any product sold.

SWAG shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services, Products, Materials and/or any page of this Website. Colour options on the product pages do not reflect the true colour of materials and SWAG cannot be held accountable for colour, size, length variations that may occur within our products.
