We do not let Dan out of the sewing room very often!

We are making orders as quickly as we can, but please remember you are ordering a bespoke, hand made item from a small business. We aim to have orders sent out between 3-5 working days, but this may be up to 7 working days in some circumstances.

Please do not contact us in regards your order until 10 working days has been given for Royal Mail to deliver your order (after the 5 working days to make and send out your order). Often we will send out much quicker than this, but 10 working days allows for any possible delays.

If you order was placed 10 working days ago and you have not received it please contact us here and we will look into this for you. 

Messages will be replied to during business hours Monday – Friday. It may take 1-2 working days for emails to be answered.
